It's simple: you will be 100% happy with your order or call us within
24 hours of delivery and we'll replace your order or refund the
purchase price. Period. (Flowers or plants must be returned in case
of a refund.) For assistance call the Floral Design Center any time,
24 hours a day, seven days a week, at 1-866-767-3247. You'll talk
with a knowledgeable, specially trained florist in our Floral Design
Center who can take care of you. For additional help you can speak
directly with Cascade Florists owner Rose Chisholm, on her toll-free
direct line, 1-425-FLORIST (1-425-356-7478).
The satisfaction guarantee covers the first
24 hours after delivery because we do not control the environment
the flowers or plants are in once they are delivered. We take extreme
measures in our floral department to care for every flower and plant
to optimize its heath and lifespan. Care instructions are included
with every flower arrangement and live plant that we deliver. Once
delivered, oversights like placing flowers on or near a heat source
or forgetting to water the flowers, are out of our control and can
dramatically shorten flower and plant lifespan.

Satisfaction
Even if up to 72 hours have elapsed, and the flowers have been properly
cared for and kept at the correct temperature, we will work with
you to resolve any concerns you have about the quality of the flowers
or plants. Beyond 72 hours, there are some issues of reasonability,
but we want you to know that your satisfaction is our first concern.
Same-Day Delivery
Your order can be delivered in-person, where you want it, when you
want it there. After your order is delivered you will get a call
from us confirming that your order was received.

Specific-Time Deliveries
Please call if you would like to arrange a specific-time delivery
appointment. An additional fee will apply. We do our best to accommodate
specific-time deliveries but we cannot guarantee it.
Sunday & Holiday
Orders & Delivery
While we are open and delivering all week, some routes have limited
availability on Sunday. To place an order for same-day delivery
on a Sunday or Holiday, please call to place your order (instead
of ordering online). The Floral Design Center is closed Christmas
Day and New Years Day.
Major Holidays Delivery
To help assure on-time delivery during busy holidays place your
order at least 1 day prior to these major holidays: New Year's Day,
Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's
Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
Day and Christmas Day.
International
Orders
Place international orders by phone at 1-866-767-3247. We are unable
to accept international orders over the Internet.
