1. Will the flowers be
fresh when they arrive? We make it a special point to treat
our flowers in a very particular way that assures their freshness
and beauty. We're so confident that they will arrive in pristine
condition that everything we sell is backed by a 100%
money-back guarantee in the first 24 hours after the order is
received.
2. What flowers can I get
in this color? We strive to keep our Floral Design Center stocked
with a at least minimum amount of every flower and color we would
typically need to fill any order. We've gotten very good at predicting
those amounts, but there may be an occasion when our calculations
go awry. If there is a problem with availability of a given flower
or a given color, we will notify you within 20 minutes of taking
the order and work out an acceptable substitute.
3. How long will the
flowers last? Every flower varies in its ability to retain freshness,
but as a general rule it is not uncommon for our arrangements to
last 1-2 weeks. Some flowers such as tropicals or chrysanthemums may last up to 3 weeks, if they are cared for correctly by the
recipient. There will, of course, be exceptions, depending on the
type of flowers ordered, but we pride ourselves on providing the
freshest, longest-lasting flowers available anywhere.
4. What is suitable for
a given occasion? The answer to this question depends on the
occasion and, naturally, varies widely from one to another. Regardless
of the occasion or event, however, we have florists in our Floral
Design Center with decades of cumulative experience in flower arranging
and customer service who can assist you with any need. In addition,
owner Rose Chisholm, brings a unique background in the hospitality
industry that she has incorporated into our corporate culture of
uncompromising customer service, including her personal phone number

5. How much do I have
to spend? Our minimum order is a very nominal $35. Beyond that,
if you have a specific budget in mind we'll work closely with you
to make certain you get the very best value for your investment.
6. How soon can I get flowers
to the recipient? We can provide same-day delivery in the U.S.
if we receive the order before 3 p.m. in the recipient's time zone.
After 3 p.m., please call to order for next -day delivery. Specific-time
delivery appointments may be scheduled by phone for an additional
fee. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times
of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Delivery of orders to rural
route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed to arrive the
same day. While we are open and delivering seven days a week, some
routes have limited availability on Sunday. We encourage you to
call in any same-day orders for Sunday or Holidays.
7. Do you take international
orders? We will be happy to accept your international orders
if you call our Floral Design Center directly. We are unable to
accept international orders over the Internet.
8. What if you don't
have what I order? If we discover we don't have the specific
flower or color you request, we will notify you within 20 minutes
after taking your order and do our best to make an acceptable substitution.
