| Beautiful Flower Deliveries |
You've heard any number of florists
talk about customer service. Here are a few real-life examples of
how you can depend on us to "walk the talk" when it comes
to taking care of you.
Sunday Delivery (Flowers) for a Sunday Delivery (Baby)
Thank you so much.
I am so impressed with the service and everything you all o.
I feel terrible that I lost the name of the guy that called me and did
so much for me on Saturday, I think his name is Scott.
But I wanted to tell you, he was so kind. He went above and beyond.
I had failed to type the address of the Hospital, so he looked it up, on
a SUNDAY!!!! He even called the hospital and they told him not to
deliver it, due to the fact that the person I was sending them to did
not have a room. He then called me back, and when I explained to
him that my sister in law had been in labor for 21 hours, he said he
would work whatever he could to deliver the flowers.
I appreciate that so much. He went above and beyond in customer
service.
I have already sent an email to all my friends with a link to your
website telling them of the awesome customer service I recieved, and
telling them they should use you.
Thank you so much. It means so much to be able to pick out the flowers
and have them sent to my family on a Sunday.
Ya'll rock,
Rhiannon Muey,

Floral Emergency - Just in Time Before Surgery
One of your phone employees, Mr. Robert Taylor, has been most helpful. I had originally wanted to order flowers to be delivered to my sister, whose birthday and major surgery was to occur the next day. Not knowing how she would've fared, I wanted her to receive well wishes before surgery. Unfortunately, late afternoon that day, I was informed no florists were open around her area. I searched online, found your business, called and Mr. Taylor was most helpful in locating a local florist. He even called me back when delivery was made! My heart was just lit with joy as was my sister’s! With employees and service as you have now, you've just gained a long-term customer. Thank you so much!

From Massachusetts to Nebraska, With Love
To whom it may concern, I'm writing this letter as an appreciation for a job well done by the
workers and management of Cascade Florist. On Saturday October
29, 2006 my girlfriend who has cancer was feeling really depressed. She
felt the burdens of the world falling on her. She is a woman that gives
and gives and gets little, nor does she expect anything in return. I am
also disabled and needed help to get this order done. Her sister died a short while ago and she adopted the baby who is 3 yrs
old now. She makes a great mother. I started dating her some 13 months
ago and she is the love of my life. GOD was good to me to bless me with
her love. I thought it might be a nice to send her some flowers for no special
reason, and of course 1 single rose for the little girl, in an attempt
to cheer her up. If only for a few moments. I soon found out it wouldn't
be that easy. You see, I live in Massachusetts, she in Nebraska. Also, it was a
Saturday evening probably too late to get a delivery out. The fact that
I'm from out of state, meant that I didn't even know a florist in the
area. I went on-line and found Cascade Florist listed. I called
for information and a gentleman named Robert answered. He listened to my
request, thought about it for a minute and said he wasn't sure if he
could get a delivery out because it was late, but would try on my
behalf. Well he did more than that. Not only did he take my order but
some how with his magic wand had them delivered as we were talking. My
girlfriend received the flowers in less than 1/2 hr from my original
call. It's hard to say thank you to strangers that you have never met or done
business with but I thought it was important enough to mention that
there are a few good people and businesses out there that truly care
about others. I am disabled and I am saving money the best that I can to move to
Nebraska to be with her and the baby for as long as we have left. In the meantime, I know that I can rely upon this company and its staff
to accommodate me with the only means that I have to add a personal
touch to the two loves of my life. Say it with flowers has a new meaning
to me now. Once again I can not say thank you all enough from the bottom of my
heart for all your fine efforts you made on behave of one customer. Oh yes, both she and the baby said thank you, the flowers were beautiful
and well appreciated.
Thankfully yours, John W. Riopel, West Brookfield, MA
Fantastic First Flowers for a Friend
Dear Cascade Florist, I wanted to send you a note of thanks for helping me with my flower
order today! I wanted to send a fantastic bouquet to a friend who has never had
flowers bought for her before! I needed to get them to her SAME DAY,
but when I went to the FTD site, it showed I was out of luck. Calling
FTD was not helpful either. So I hit the online yellow pages and
called a bunch of florists only to receive the same "you're out of luck" message. But then when I called Cascade Florists, the gentleman
on the phone was fantastic! He made a call to confirm, then told me I
was in luck! He gave me advice about the two bouquets I chose, and
overall had an immediate camaraderie w/ me during the ordering process! That's the kind of service that will have me calling you guys for all of
my future flower needs. I've added you to my personal phonebook now! And let me be clear here, the fact that you were able to do last minute
same say service was fantastic, but even without it, the professionalism
and kindness of the gentleman on the phone was above and beyond any of
the other people I talked to in my pursuit of a same day solution. So thanks for helping me, but more than that, thanks for helping a
pretty girl have a super fun experience! You are now part of her "first
flower experience" and that's something to be proud of! I know I am! Sincerely, Anthony R. Crain
Late Night/Early Morning Service
Hello, I just wanted to write a letter and show my appreciation for how
much Cascade Florists (especially Robert) helped me in such a sad
situation. I work at Applebees in New Jersey and all of us there said
goodbye for a few weeks to our friend and co worker Jessica on October
11 for she was getting married on October 21. She took off a week and a
half earlier to get some last minute things done and to pick up all of
her finance's family that was flying in from Brazil for the occasion.
On Tuesday night (Oct 17) I had received a very sad message from Jessica
simply saying that her father had unexpectedly passed away the day
before. I was so shocked and saddened by this news. The next day I let
everyone in on the news at Applebees and we all pitched in money to send
some flowers. The funeral was the next morning but I didn't even
realize how difficult it would be to get the flowers to the 10am funeral
service. I worked late that night and got home around 10:30 and
immediately started on the internet to the local florist. I was baffled
two hours later when I was still searching for a place. I thought it
would be easy to get flowers overnight but none would be able to make
the 10am service for most flower shops open at 9am. I was devastated
and thought there was going to be no way these flowers were going to
make it. All of us at work really wanted Jessica to know that we were
thinking of her at on this sad day so I kept trying. Another 2 hours
went by and I finally found something positive. It was Cascade
Florists. I saw something on web page that said they could do last
minute so I gave a try. This case was severely last minute. It was
around 2:30 am and i needed flowers to New York by 10am. I spoke to some extremely nice people and they took my info and called me back in
about a half hour to see what they could do. A man named Robert called
me back and told me he would make the impossible...possible. I was so
extremely
thankful to him and his company. I told Robert the story and why it was
so last minute and important. He was so nice and compassionate and
decided he would stay at work late and come in early. So we both did
not get a lot of sleep that night but I at least woke up with a little
more faith in humanity. Everything worked out great and I told everyone
at work the next day of the amazing story and we all wanted to say a
GIANT THANK YOU to Robert and everyone that made this possible at
Cascade Florists.

Magic in Phoenix
We received a call from the east coast at 3pm on a Sunday, on a
holiday weekend. The customer needed a delivery of flowers to a
recipient in Phoenix by 6pm that day. Because we've made it a point
to develop relationships with a number of the top florists around
the country, we know those that are willing to go the extra mile.
Two hours after we received the initial call, the flowers were delivered
in Phoenix. On a Sunday. On a holiday weekend. We want to be your
florist. We know how to get things done and will go to extraordinary
lengths to serve you.
Flowers Out Of Nowhere
A couple decided to elope and the upshot of that decision and the
last-possible-minute planning process was that our customer wanted
wedding flowers delivered to and left on a freeway overpass at a
very specific time. The time frame and logistics for making that
happen were mind-boggling, for us and for the customer, who hadn't
taken into consideration a number of crucial factors, not the least
of which was how do you make certain that the right people get the
flowers? We worked him through it, nonetheless, and the happy couple
got their flowers as planned, in beautiful condition, despite a
few exhaust fumes!
Honoring a Friend's Memory
A customer called with a need to have flowers delivered for the
funeral of a friend. Unfortunately, he had not learned of his friend's
passing until just before he called, and the funeral was to be held
that day. Because the service was taking place in another city,
the information he had about the funeral was very sketchy. He wasn't
certain about the location or any other details. We know from long
experience that there are many things that have to be managed in
a case such as this, and we're very good at quickly tracking down
the necessary information, such as when churches are open and when
they accept flowers. We made sure the flowers were delivered when
and where they were supposed to be, and though the occasion was
a sad one, the customer had the peace of mind of knowing he had
honored his friend's memory appropriately.
